Clients can choose optional powered or manual brakes and rail packages for varying part lengths allowing different length weldments to be positioned with one station. With a large rotation speed range all welding processes can be accommodated, such as MIG, TIG, SAW and Laser welding.
ProArc manipulators are heavy duty and precise automatic TIG&MIG welding systems. They are design for circumferential and longitudinal welds of great length. Our MP series hae maximize both safety and production with load capacities ranging from 100 to 600 kgs on each end of the boom. The stroke of colume and boom from 2mx2m to 7mx7m. All manipulators are available as different mount type for different welding process. Special engineered manipulators are always available.
ProArc seamers are designed for straight line welding of all weldable metals of thickness from 0.1mm to 10mm. It provides 100% penetration, single pass weld on untacked cylinders and flat sheets without heat distortion to the material. This optimizes any process which reduces welding costs and improves the quality of the weld.
